These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the courts of India

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be India. The language of the arbitration shall be English.
