The face, voice, and occasionally the hands of GradeLab. Akshat handles everything from investor pitches to making sure the office chai is hot. If GradeLab were a movie, he'd be the director, the lead actor, and the guy who remembered to book the venue. Basically the whole production crew in one person.
Jainil Padmani
Co-Founder & CTO
The architect of everything that actually runs. Jainil turns ambitious AI ideas into real, working product and makes it look easy. He's the person in the room who's already thought three technical steps ahead of everyone else. If something just works seamlessly, Jainil designed it that way on purpose.
